Notes

IAA District 3 - Director Wayne Thiel 890-8866.

The approach to the Deadwood airstrip is over the reservoir to a rather steep uphill landing. Parking is available in a flat area across a road at the top end.

The nearest developed campground is about two miles southwest along the shore line on the other side of the dam. Forest Service cabin rentals have been discontinued.
