-115.6413889The approach to the Deadwood airstrip is over the reservoir to a rather steep uphill landing. Parking is available in a flat area across a road at the top end. The nearest developed campground is about two miles southwest along the shore line on the other side of the dam. Forest Service cabin rentals have been discontinued. Runway subject to rutting, deep channels on each side of runway.
