This site is located along the Snake River on the Oregon side. It’s short turf runway, 03/21, is 976 ’ X 25’. Dispersed camping is allowed at this airstrip. This low elevation canyon-bottom airstrip can get very hot and turbulent in the summer. This is a one way airstrip. Land runway 21 to take advantage of the uphill grade at the south end of the runway. Early morning takeoffs and landings are recommended. Watch for big game animals on the airstrip.
