Chamberlain Basin | 08/29/2024

Landed at Chamberlain Basin today. The runway is very rough. Lots of large gopher holes. The tie down areas are very rough, worse than the runway. Lots of overgrown vegetation in the tie down areas. I was in a Cessna 185. I would not go to this strip in a nose wheel aircraft. The West third of the runway is very rocky with deep groves.
