Idaho 99s/Women in Aviation Lunch at Glenn’s Ferry Airport
SPRING HAS SPRUNG! At least the blossoms believe so…and so do airplanes!
Idaho 99s and Women in Aviation are hosting a group Fly-in to Glenn’s Ferry Airport (U89) and a walk to the Y Knot Restaurant and Winery.
Leave the weeding and yard work for afternoon and join us for lunch at 11:00 on Saturday, April 11th.
The runway is 3,050 ft long and 60’ wide. Check out the Chart Supplement for airport details to ensure your aircraft can land and take off safely (see the insert below).
The walk is .9 miles but if you prefer, a Courtesy Car is available, located on the east end of the airport. We will shuttle people if necessary.
If you don’t have an airplane and want to join us, or you have an airplane with extra seats, we will fill the seats.
Also, RSVP to Sharki so we can notify the restaurant to ensure staffing.
